We offer the right solution for the optimization of your property portfolio. We use our knowledge of Architectural & Structural Engineering and of BIM to optimize the TCO. As Evers Partners or in alliance with strategic partners, we meet demands from carrying out small inspections to complete portfolio management. In alliance with Turner & Townsend and KVMC we could take the next step in the tender. We are confident that we, with all our expertise can be a creative contractor. Although we would prefer working with Turner & Townsend and KVMC, we can also be the main contractor ourselves or work with or for another contractor. ===== Opportunities for collaboration===== Although working with our strategic partners Turner & Townsend and KVMC would be our preference, we would be able to contribute to any partnership. Het gebruik van een WKO installatie lijkt een logische stap om het engergie gebruik van de gebouwen te verminderen. Ons voorstel is om deze installatie niet te verstoppen onder de grond maar juist prominent in de openbare ruimte zichtbaar te maken. Het gebouwtje van de warme bron kan dan letterlijk warm zijn (I'm Hot!) en het gebouwtje van de koude bron koud (Do you want to get cold?). Ook in de uitstraling kan het ene gebouwtje warmte verbeelden en het andere juist de kou. Hiermee worden de volgende speerpunten letterlijk zichtbaar: Eindhoven energieneutraal; Zichtbaar maken van innovatie En kan er tevens een belevenis worden toegevoegd aan het Stadhuisplein (Waarde creëren voor Stadhuisplein e.o.) ^ Type of idea|product| ^ Category of idea|technical; design| ^ Enabling conditions|Dit idee is simpel uit te werken, alleen locatie moet nog wel blijken geschik te zijn voor het aanbrengen van de bronnen. Er zouden geen grote technische bezwaren moeten zijn tegen het uitwerken ervan. ===== Provability contribution to sustainability===== Proven contribution to sustainability; this has been shown in practice. ===== Step in the right direction===== Zolang het een unieke oplossing blijft (misschien wel in alle drie de landen) dan kan het als icon functioneren voor de duurzaamheidsambinties van de gemeente Eindhoven. Mits goed uitgevoerd en voorzien van (leuke) informatie, maakt het voor een breed publiek inzichtelijk wat Eindhoven aan het doen is . ===== Flexible idea===== Mits bij de uitwerking wordt gekozen om gebruik te maken van hernieuwbare materialen, hergebruik en recycling voldoet het aan The Natural Step. ===== Good investment===== Het draagbij aan de duurzame stad door zichtbaarheid eventueel zelf iconische zichtbaarheid te geven aan de duurzame gedachten van de stad. Het geeft dus winst op het maatschappelijke en sociale vlak.
