The start is to make all energy usage in the organisation visible. When we have that realization of the usage we can start to analyse the data and after that we can start to reduce the energy usage. Suppliers of energy saving measures often will guarentee a certain amount of saving, EnergyAlert can also be used as a tool for controlling that guarentee. Our main goal is to create awareness. Awareness by the people who are working by the gemeente Eindhoven but even by the inhabitats of Eindhoven. One of our references is Eindhoven IHP where we monitor the energy usage of all schools in Eindhoven. ===== Opportunities for collaboration===== We would like to introduce our project [[http://www.slimmemeterportal.nl]] to the gemeente Eindhoven. With that project we can start to create awareness by the habitats of the gemeente Eindhoven. SlimmemeterPortal.nl provides a tool for a household to see their energy use. This idea combined with the idea to give all the inhabitats of Eindhoven the possibility to control their energy usage by SlimmemeterPortal.nl will give Eindhoven that much needed boost for the future. We are very much willing to coöperate with other innovative compagnies to make a strong team for the future. We are already doing a project for Eindhoven IHP. With this project we can provide kids with information over the energy usage of their schools en how to reduce this usage. Kids are the inhabitats of Eindhoven in the future, they are the ones who should be informed about the opportunities to be part of a sustainable future. We work with the slimme meter, that meter is needed for monitoring. It is possible to get that meter due a so called: prioriteitsplaatsing.| ===== Stage of development===== Proven innovation: it has been used in practice on a small scale. ===== Substantiation stage of development===== We have a very concrete project by RIBW Brabant that proves that energymonitoring leads to energy savings. We would like to invite a person from the gemeente Eindhoven to that organisation to see what we do there. Other references are Kwintes, ABN-Amro, Timing, Beter Horen, Alliander. ===== Provability contribution to sustainability===== Proven contribution to sustainability; this has been shown in practice. ===== Step in the right direction===== Energy savings lead to less CO2 emissions. ===== Flexible idea===== Our idea is software. Our compagny is always trying to make our software as sustainable as possible. We support a lot of organisations who are trying to get a better environment for all of us. Controlling your energy use by software cannot lead to an irreversible impact on the environment. ===== Good investment===== Our other references use our software for many reasons but the main reason is always to control the costs and save on the costs. The payout term of the investment is always between 2 and 4 years.
