 +===== Role of company/organisation=====
 +EversPartners is an engineering firm that deals with issues of Maintain & Operate in a personal and creative way. We offer the right solution for the optimization of your property portfolio. We use our knowledge of Architectural & Structural Engineering and of BIM to optimize the TCO. As Evers Partners or in alliance with strategic partners, we meet demands from carrying out small inspections to complete portfolio management. In alliance with Turner & Townsend and KVMC we could take the next step in the tender. We are confident that we, with all our expertise can be a creative contractor. Although we would prefer working with Turner & Townsend and KVMC, we can also be the main contractor ourselves or work with or for another contractor.
 +
 +===== Opportunities for collaboration=====
 +Although working with our strategic partners Turner & Townsend and KVMC would be our preference, we would be able to contribute to any partnership. Our ideas speak for themselves, but especially the use of BIM technology to re-use information throughout the life-cycle of the building is, we think an essential contribution to any team.

 +1. GIMme BIM: Make use of BIM technology to re-use and centralize information throughout the life-cycle of the building: The building will be put in a BIM model. The information will be used directly in a Long Term Maintenance Planning programe. If necessary an onsite (NEN 2767) inspection will determine the specific state of the building. After which a multi-year maintenance planning is made. This in turn can be loaded into a property management system (such as Horizon or Planon). Once loaded the information can be used to show the maintenance need of the building in 3D in for example the next year. The information (the model) can also be re-used for renting out space or refurbishing; when the model is used consistently, the latest information will always be available. EversPartners has this system working for other principals. The idea above helps with realizing part of the following focal points: Eindhoven sustainable city: Easy access of reliable, up to date information prevents many mistakes and unnecessary research Supporting governance in transition: The information is always (24/7) available (and up to date)

 +===== Stage of development=====
 +
 +Proven innovation: it has been used in practice on a small scale.
 +
 +===== Substantiation stage of development=====
 +
 +Market introduction in 2011; this methodology is in operation with other principals
 +
 +===== Provability contribution to sustainability=====
 +
 +Proven contribution to sustainability; this has been shown in practice.
 +
 +===== Step in the right direction=====
 +
 +The re-use of information and the easy access (24/7) of reliable, up to date information with prevents many mistakes and unnecessary research
 +
 +===== Flexible idea=====
 +
 +This methodology is in its self flexibel (you can do just one building) and has only a positive effect on the environment (all the data in one model instead of the same data in many places...)
 +
 +===== Good investment=====
 +
 +In our experience the pay-back time in case of Maintain & Operate is 3-6 years. (The initial investment is 200% but the next inspections (every 3 years) are only 50% of the normal cost. And the data is more accurate, so contractors can make beter prices.) When (re)designing a (new) building the engineering and construction errors degrease and make the total initial investment at least 10% cheaper.
