Projects like this tend to have complex processes. To control and secure the sustainable ambitions of the city of Eindhoven and the integral way to realize them, a ‘ketenregisseur’ is needed in a participating project team. Somebody in the team to secure the team interest, stimulate the development process and manage the team. This should be an expert, not only with experience in sustainability, but also with excellent communication and management skills. ^ Type of idea|service| ^ Category of idea|work flow| ^ Enabling conditions|We often work for/with building contractors, manufacturers and suppliers of innovative products, materials and services.| ===== Stage of development===== Proven innovation: it has been used in practice on a small scale. ===== Substantiation stage of development===== Projects we are working for/worked on are: Kenwib IBC Houses, developing and realizing a renovation concept for social housing to almost energy neutral in a multidisciplinary team, together with a social housing association. Blok voor Blok, developing an energy efficient renovation concept for house owners and forming and managing a building team for realization, Light-S, process management for the innovative public lighting at Strijp-S, Prefab gevels & Utilitycentres, managing a concept development to industrialize and computerize building renovation in a team with software engineers, contractors, manufacturers, etc. ===== Provability contribution to sustainability===== Proven contribution to sustainability; this has been shown in practice. ===== Step in the right direction===== A project team in this project has to deal with a complex development process. The team has to work with a lot of different requirements.
